Before I arrived at KB factory outlet, I was expecting pushy sales tactics and sparse inventory that was impossible to find the prices on. I was dead wrong. When I arrived I was humbly greeted by Ray, a true professional salesman, and he provided the perfect amount of advice and attention that a good salesman should provide. Basically to put it in a nutshell I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and I never felt like I was being hovered on or kept track of in any overt way. That's why I really hate most salesman because they try to sell you what they want you to buy. I never felt that way at KB factory outlet. "
